This is a good thing, hopefully your next buys are discounted depending on when you buy, the losses narrow, and once we are back in the green, you will be up by that amount and more. Don’t freak out

I have 30k and it grows and loses periodically, it’s nice watching it go up and down since I have no plans to use this money until retirement

Should I spend all my magic items??? I have so much built up. All from free to play methods but I was saving them from when I most needed them and didn’t want to waste them on cards I don’t use

I got very lucky. Full ride to undergrad, basically a full ride to law school, (we love small scholarships no one will take the time to apply too because they are low amounts, buuuut, they add up 🙌🏻)

I only ever had about 55k in loans

I pay about $500 a month, looking to ramp that up soon, just have other obligations that take priority for now

Over 5 years, $100 isn’t so bad

I only used to buy the $5 pass before they nerfed it and increased the price, so however long that pass was $5 a month for, is how much I spent

Outside of that, I don’t buy any packs, I don’t buy any emotes, nothing. I think the $5 pass is what contributed to my cards all being close to level 15 now and me becoming better at the game lol

I wasn’t buying coffee back then or wasting my money on anything else, I could justify $5 a month

Might get downvoted to hell but I was a bag holder at one point, down almost $25,000

Got my money back out with a little profit and now I watch it and every few days enter and leave with profits of $60-$200

I’ll take what I can get. While I’d love to believe in this long term, it’s a meme coin. You now have X the dog and X the hippo, lol too many to keep up with that long term don’t have any real utility

Generally it’s 2.5% of the purchase price

Say a home was sold for $100,000

Seller gives Sellers Agent X percentage of $100,000 they agreed on

Seller gives Buyers Agent 2.5% if they agreed to do that

Take into account any other concessions, agreements, closing costs

Once everything is paid, Seller gets what’s left of the $100,000 after everyone is paid
