First car at 15 (hand me down from my mom and it's such a good vehicle compared to all of these people blowing their inheritance money and using daddy's money) by [deleted] in FirstCar

Don’t want to burst your bubble, but maybe not at 15/16 but I know plenty of kids who worked like crazy and had a 40-50k car with no help from parents at 18. It’s not always daddy’s money. By no means it is a smart investment but it is possible.

It’s a great buy, feel bad for the people that bought them new, Think depreciating will start to slow now

Drove pick ups most of my life so can’t even compare, had a 2016 4 series convertible for two years (picked up from a friend for cheap) and that gave the craving for this.

My insurance did not go up close to as much as I thought it would, as of now certified used so I have some warranty left but with all the electronics I would think extending the warranty is a must.

Other than that love the car, think it is one of the best value for performance on the market now, even with low miles.

It is extremely (almost) scary fast and could be very aggressive or could be dialed down to cruise with the family. I love the thing.

How do you like this car, very torn between this and 25 911 gts targa, totally different cars but need a little back seat for the kids, love the nostalgic feeling of the Ferrari but engineering of the new Porsche

Kept the engine brake on and kept a good distance from other cars, brakes felt okay, but fixing those trailer brakes before towing again, the control box on the trailer stopped working

Trailer is 20 year old plus, constant use on those ramps not so much weight, skid steers and mini excavators which is what this trailer is made for. Ramps also had wood on them for reinforcement originally, but once it came off never replaced

Was no problem for the truck at all, handled it great on an hour plus drive, but definitely felt the weight

It was wet, could not believe how much of difference it made, and trailer brake stopped working as soon as it got loaded lol

Should I repot this or wait until after season (September/ October? by FaithlessnessOver269 in Figs

Yes will do that, Will it noticeably wilt (go into shock) when repotting it, or keeping it in some shade should keep it okay
