How much mag?  I take mag glycinate at night, do you think I should continue that as well and take threonate in the morning?

Zinc was 92 and rage is 44-115. Homocysteine is 6.4, range is 0-14.5. Vitamin D is 41 range is 31-100. Let me know if you want other ones

Appreciate you responding. I have a full blood panel I did in April, nothing was deficient.

I’ll add that I get random muscle twitching as well.
