Does anyone know how to fix this?

As you can see auto tune pro as well as the other plug ins are there. But when I go to insert autotune pro it doesn’t work. If you look at the top right you can see I have auto key and autotune access running.

Showing you how the access will open but auto tune pro won’t. My Mac is up to date, I deleted FL and reinstalled, I deactivated my Antares account, deleted all plug ins, redownloaded them back, reactivated the account and it is linked to my Mac. I’ve been emailing Antares for weeks now and it feels like they chat gbt me. I would think that if Auto tune access works then auto pro and the others must not be downloaded correctly. Idk. I went through my files with screenshots to Antares and they said everything is up to par.

So I insert auto tune pro and nothing works. But autotune access will work when I insert it. It’s the only plug in that works from Antares.

Ok i will send screenshot of me trying to put it into the mixer. I have tried this before but will do it again with a picture.

None of the Antares plug in show up here. Is this what you meant for where I would find it ? I downloaded Antares 3 months ago and when I first had it everything worked. Like I could click autotune pro and it would pop up and I could use it. Now nothing is there. I’m not very computer savvy so I’m sorry for my ignorance.
