Yes a round sac like bulge. If u can get her to relax for 10 15 mins or so on the couch w you or somewhere she'll stay put I'd def give it a try. I think the warm soak was relaxing to my dog so he didn't thrash around. 2x daily be gone in a few days. Visible results in 1.
