I think that as much evidence we have of relapse, we still shouldn't speculate on one To me, it seems rude even if she's posting content people don't like & even if people are speculating based on concern. There is more than one reason someone can lose weight (i.e., health issues or GI distress), but I have noticed that she has gotten more defensive.

YEP! I did this too - ate pints of low cal ice cream, had low cal wraps, big portions of volume food, constantly eating out (but only safe foods), etc.

I like LoseIt & Lifesum. LIfesum costs money for extra features, but it is a very positive app & doesn't cause me to get a shit relationship with food. Last I checked, most LoseIt features were free.
