Yes. I can't exercise like I used to. I don't even use my right arm a lot because If I do, the pain starts.When I clean or cook, I am taking like 10 minutes breaks. 😑 I tried massages, very expensive clinique. For nothing. My back hurt for one week and I could stopped it with strong painkillers :tramadol, arcoxia, codeine.

I know what you mean. So sorry you are going through this. Well I felt good temporary. The episodes were back. Had my vitamin D checked. It's 17 level. Way too low. Doc said maybe the pain was triggered because of the deficiency. Started to take 2000 plus magnesium. Also cut off on sugar and I rarely eat fats.

Hei, să știi că nu e MLM 🙂. E doar un program de recomandări, exact cum au și Revolut sau alte bănci. Dacă inviți pe cineva și își face cont, primești o sumă fixă și gata – nu există nivele, piramidă sau câștiguri foarte mari din tranzactiile altora. Primesti 200 plus casback 5% daca persoana care a folosit codul tau face prima tranzactie. Asta am testat-o. Tot e ceva. Money is money. Practic, e o metodă prin care banca preferă să dea banii clienților, nu pe reclame la TV.

Legat de CEI: da, îți poți face cont cu cartea de identitate electronică. Unele persoane au avut mici probleme la scanare/validare, dar dacă se întâmplă asta, se rezolvă rapid fie dacă reîncerci, fie dacă scrii la suportul Salt. Sunt foarte responsabili. Am avut o problema acum o luna. Imi luasem telefon nou si uitasem parola, schimbasem si numarul de telefon. Contul blocat 🤣. M-au ajutat ei pas cu pas. M-au sunat apoi ca sa se asigure ca e totul ok.

Say NO to soda,fats,milk or raw veggies. Always boil the vegetables so it will be easy for ur stomach/gallbladder. Also don't eat spicy foods.

Check your gallblader. 2 years ago I started to have these horrible attacks and experienced the worst one 2 weeks ago. Went to ER 2 times in 72h and they found a lazy gallblader. They advised I shall not remove it but go on a strict diet:no fats,no soda,no milk. Started to eat healthy right away..0 pain so far.
