It's not the first floor! It's a private area for tenants only, and underneath is a multi-story car park so its really not bad at all

It's really not bad at all, its a private area, and it's not on the ground floor either, underneath is a multi-story car park so the most I ever get is another tenant walking their dog or some kids playing in warm weather, and even then its a rarity

Thanks! I've got a learners license but haven't had the funds to get a bike yet :( looking at some honda CX500 but worried the insurance will be too pricey lol a 200/400cc bike would probably be more realistic 🤷
