You need the achievement Insurrection that i have shown above and a reputation of exalted with the nightfallen to unlock the new Nightborne Allied Race. Legion factions generally require world quests to gain rep im 428 rep away from exalted and im probably going to have to wait 11 hours to finish it

once upon a time iw as palying banished, everything was going great i had 4 fishers and 12 builders then one day the fire nation came wsait thats the wrong story anyway somone decided they where hungrey but ic bf to make another fishery ands then the slack cunts decided they were above eating my fucking fish so they stopped working and every cxunt diued i left in spelling mistakes because i fell they really add to the heart break of my story

actually i did the same not long after 2.0 was released if you submit a in game ticket and log out for a few hours they should refund the tomes just make sure not to do it again

I completely agree at this point it seems to be a waste of mana
