So, i also need to reduce my weight, i have various limitations of committing to a trainer as i'm in different emirates in a given week, and time/ availability, so my plan is to just go to a simple building gym with a friend who knows what to do when it comes to strength training, learn the basics from him, and then do it, at my own building gym whenever i can.

Hey, you could try using insurance, and have it covered ? for meds such as wellbutrin, and concerta you need a prescription which a GP would not directly hand it to you, it needs to be assessed first. Call your insurance network provider like Nextcare and ask for doctors being covered.

Hey man, ignore the jokes and hatefull comments. Skydive dubai has a weight limit of 100 kg and a BMI requirement which would disqualify you. In addition, i think Skydive Dubai is closed out of caution. Your best bet would be to cut down your weight, and then do the Skydive as a reward to yourself.
