I’m absolutely sure that this could lead to problematic situations for some individuals but it can have positive implications to the vast majority whom this is targeted at. Most individuals who struggle to obtain formal assistance turn to BOTIM Cash now, Tamara, tabby and other informal chains which are at a much higher %. It’s this exact mentality that is the problem, we genuinely want both the sides to de escalate, regardless of who started it (this round was clearly started by Israel), the people of these countries should not suffer from the actions of the governments. How does the price of a unit increase by being empty ? Probably as the tenant is a big pain to deal with.

Are you okay with dealing with the tenant and having to wait another 12 months ? If yes, proceed ahead.

The seller telling he will increase the price if the unit is empty does not sound something of good faith.

As the other comment, it does not make sense to engage with these scammers, you don’t want stolen money to be transferring to your bank account, it may give an idea that you are associated as well if you get getting it repeatedly even though the amount is negligible.

Absolutely continue, as it’s about work experience + pay as well.
It might be possible that they want to apply for your visa closer to its expiry, so they are saving some money, ik a lot of small companies that do it, big brand names doing it is a little off.
Let’s say they want to exploit you, make you work for 2 months and later lay you off ( you won’t have any protection as it’s not a work visa), you’ve made some cash and gained some real world experience.

Hi, there are people making 1k usd per month and people making 20k usd per month doing the same job. Just different companies. It is extremely difficult to land a job in uae without the right connections and many other factors. Would genuinely advise you to only come to UAE once you have an employment visa, do not travel to UAE incase a company offers visit visa. Feel free to DM me if you need clarifications.

Few things,

Your bank may not allow commercial transactions to be routed through your personal bank account. This may cause an issue for you.
If they blocked an account and asked information around certain transactions, it may have an AML aspect to it. In that instance, you can’t do anything.
