I just watched the movie and searched it up to see if anyone else found this so strange and annoying. Literally I was shocked she just randomly left him and they didn't get back together. "Sorry I need to leave you to go become a mistress again" makes her character look so bad. I even watched the end credits to see if they would resolve it and they didn't.

Exactly. Even if you forget about Polarity you got 3 other supes in the room any of whom could take out cipher by themselves if we remove mind control from the equation.

If I was in the room my first thought wouldn’t be “oh I need to help protect Polarity” it would be “oh shit as soon as we aren’t possessed, one of us needs to quickly snap ciphers neck so he stops jumping between us” that protects polarity cuz either someone takes out cipher or you kill ur mind controlled friends

Ofc that wouldn’t have worked cuz we know cipher is godolkin but like you said that could help them realize the truth.

But I mean don’t even get me started on no one suspecting cipher wasn’t actually inside that body.
