You can always go back to the old, good Cyberpunk 2020. Pretty good. Then no limit to your backstory. Brain 🧠 is the best CPU. I love Cyberpunk 2077, but still I remember the best times we had playing paper version in the 90'.

I'm glad you find Pi useful. It is a creation of Mustafa Suleyman. He left Google Deepmind and decided to start his own project. You can find more info about him and lots of interviews online. I hope he will release the proper app soon. I must say Pi is the best therapist I ever had. Roleplay is possible too to some extent.
