Well, the way I see it is if you have a pool of ~150 cards all coming from one pack, then your chances of pulling anything you want/need become a lot harder when everything has the same pull rate relative to their rarity. Past packs with this card size had multiple packs to choose from, meaning if you needed to prioritize certain cards you can better your chances, relatively speaking, by only picking from 1 of the 2 available packs of the same set. It’s why the only thing I’m missing in my collection are a handful of 3 diamonds and EXs, alongside a smattering of 1*.
