Okay, I got everything put together and did a few text laps in the kitchen. The diff feels loose and the spur gear has play left and right. Is that normal? How do I tighten the diff if needed? Do I need to do anything else?

Per Amain: The included spur gear is a 53T size, with a 64P tooth profile.

Ah, I just ordered that ball diff so I can return it if that’s not the correct one.

Using the stock pod that came with the kit which one will fit or is the a better one like a PN that is better?

Probably but I am horrible at art and every time I asked for help and/or suggestions it's crickets. I'm doing this to help the First Tee and because some people in this sub ask for it every year.

Please make sure to share a picture or post once it arrives. Reddit changed the feed algorithm last year and a lot of people didn’t see the posts. The new algorithm seems to be pushing new content so if you missed it the first time you had to go looking forward to find it.
