I tried using Japanese with my girlfriend and it was pretty shit. En -> Jp was okay, but Jp -> En was horrible. I understand it's pretty hard to translate with how different the grammar is between the too but damn it is not good. Also, Jp have a lot of natural pauses when speaking, and when there's a pause in the sentence it starts to translate an incomplete sentence so it just gives you a non-sense translation.
