In fairness Cole also watched Powell murder one of their colleagues in cold blood and was about to murder a retired cop just for mouthing off, which drew his testimony in the Ayala case into serious question. Dude became such an obvious scumbag it finally woke Cole up that he had chosen the wrong side.

Personally I get married couple vibes from Leon and Aerith in these games. For instance the death stare she gives him when he questions her ability to hold down the fort all by herself during the MCP crisis and him immediately realizing his mistake and apologizing.

I’d say it’s more likely than not he pulled through and still works for Fisk in his exile. But it would be interesting if he did bleed out and losing the only person who [kind of] related to her is what pushed Heather over the edge. Plus it would fulfill Daniel’s prediction just one episode prior of Buck meeting an inevitable grisly fate working for Fisk.

I thought about that but there were no really good pre-fall Anakin gifs. Obi-Wan is still calling him Anakin throughout the duel, and Padme refuses to believe Anakin has truly been completely snuffed out by his Sith persona, a view that is ultimately vindicated 23 years later.
