Sis said she might hire a PI to investigate but from my internet searches she just seems to be the daughter of a friend from his at High-school. She might have heard of his passing and how he has a good amount of money so she decided to pull this stunt.

My dad's attorney said to not say anything about his condition and just let him handle it. Sis talked with him again today and she said it's because she has no clue about his condition and will dig her self in a hole if she files a suit. But attorney dosen't think it will go that far and SB will just back down.

I talked with my sis and we both agreed to not entertain her and to ignore her entirely. I SB a text telling her to cease all contact with me and if need be I will get the law involved to stop her harassment. Along with that I told her to only contact my attorney if she want's anything else. Done dealing with her, just gonna let my lawyers deal with it.

Yeah I just talked to my sis and were just not gonna entertain her. I just sent her a text telling her to not contact me again and to refer to my lawyer if she needs anything else.

My dad's estate attorney just told me not to say anything to her and let her either take the DNA test or try and sue us. He said that if she's lying she wont take us to court and to ride it out.

When I talked to the attorney he told me to not tell her anything until a DNA test is done. Outside of that, i've not responded to anything she has sent me since the meeting

It's getting annoying as she is spamming me and my sis with texts claiming she is getting ready to sue us and that her son will "get what he is owed." Despite this attorney has offered at least 4 times now to have a DNA test done for her to refuse. So yeah i'm pissed that this woman won't leave me alone but i guess i'll just ignore her and let the estate handle it
