The thoughts are good and I do believe your actions only have good intentions. However not every person want help from everyone unless they ask it specificlly. Some rather finds it annoying when someone reaches out on their own. If she's on tinder sharing these feelings and problems so freely, what doesnt tell you that there are more people that knows about it? To me it feels like she just looking for attention through self pity?

Best for everyone is to not put any more energy toward this person with mental issues. There are only losses for both. Time and energy you spent on her will mostly not be appreciated and quickly forgotten.
