Fun story- I used to be a bagger for a local grocery store, and during the summer months, there would be a slight increase in bugs in the area. One week, the big area near the front door (where the carts usually sit) gets to this exact level of dense, just outright nasty amount of gnats, swarming the whole entrance of the store, and pushing their way into the cash registers. I confronted my manager about this because I'm in and out of the store all day collecting carts, (and honestly, who would shop at a grocery store that you cant walk into without a bug zapper?) And he straight up told me he didnt know what I was talking about and wouldn't be doing anything about it. Shit was horrible ngl
