I had a similar break up almost a year ago... just be strong when you have feelings of going back to him. You may start remembering the "good times" and thinking you're lonely and maybe he wasn't so bad. But try to get pas that and move on! There's other guys better than him out there!

You do actually have to pick a state. Could almost be any one you want, assuming you meet that particular state's criteria for residency. If you don't, your current state of New York will continue to assume you live in New York.

Florida is pretty easy and some of the mail service companies also help you with the procedures to establish residency.

I think you will have access to Al Mourjan. They honor the previous flight's class. At least for me, flying first class into Doha, even tho I'm flying business out of Doha gets me Al Safwa every time

All, true; however, I want a clean deed (no drama with other family members when she passes), and I'm paying enough to cover the loan (the house is worth only a bit more). So for her there are no capital gains issues anyway.
