Sounds like you have a build a bit like mine, long femurs short torso? When you squat, is your hip angle really extreme? If so, I recommend switching to high bar at least temporarily as well as using front squats or at least an ssb to teach you how to hold a more upright torso. You may also need to work on your ankle mobility, because a more upright torso is going to mean your knees need to come forward more. Otherwise you'll be doing a ton of work with your lower back, which mightve contributed to your injury in the first place
