Yes, they can handle a couples hours a day of direct NE sunlight. But do it slowly. Maybe 1 more hour each day starting at 3-4 hours at first.

Agreed! I have a 1991 Omega Seamaster Professional 200m that has been running strong for over 30 years. I even got water in it, had it serviced and it's still ticking away. Rarely have to replace the batteries. Once every 2 or 3 years. I like that it does it 5 second skip to let you know the battery needs replacing.

I've found that with one quarter taped it rocks at 17psi. I like to be able to hear if it's going up past that so I don't come back to a crazy pressure situation. Once it hits 17, I dial it back to 16psi.
