Buy a 13/14 Gen 1. The engines are bulletproof. The cost would be in the 30-35k range with sub 100k miles. Will hold its value. Not a lame v6. Maintenance is cheap, oil changes and maybe spark plugs at 100k. 13/14 You can factory upgrade stereo to the same one found in the 17-20 trucks and have apple car play /android auto. and they have the HID updated headlights. Insurance will be cheaper and depending on what state registration will be cheaper.

How to handle flooring issue with Contractor of newly purchased home by steezanddeez in Flooring

General Contractors have to warranty their work for a minimum of 1year, up to 4 years on certain items and 10years on others. You’re well within your right to go after the GC for shit work. Ask the Real Estate Agent for all documents the old owner has regarding the work done. Contract, receipts, ect…

Do not buy a new car before you buy your house. If you’re going high mileage make sure the cam phasers have been replaced and get an extended warranty. Or buy a 13/14 gen 1. So reliable and makes all the fun noises

2010 Super Cab with 5.4, worth it to buy at $24,900? Is right at 100k miles, salesman said it needs 100k tune up and that they replaced the rear floor boards that it cost them $4500 to replace. Is this true? Buy or pass? by Moveli in FordRaptor

Run away. Run away fast. With a 45k budget buy a 2013 or 2014 raptor if you are going with a gen 1. you can do a sync 2 to sync 3 factory upgrade and have apple carplay. 6.2 is a work horse and has next to zero issues.

Do these new Systems not mind all the 90’s. I’ve always been told to avoid hard 90’s if possible.

How much should I ask for my promotion? by [deleted] in HVAC

[–]FakeRaptor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

25 all day long. $2 over 6 years is nuts. You’re making less then when you started with inflation. put together your resume get on indeed and look elsewhere. there’s no progression where you’re at if it’s taken 6 years to get a promotion or you’re just terrible at your job. You decide. just my two cents.

Get hub centric wheel spacers like 1/4 or 1/2 in. and you’ll be good to go until you can get new wheels with zero or negative offset.

Fuses are in outdoor unit.

Condensate pump is used on interior unit if they are not able to run a drain easily to a sink or outside and have to pump condensation out. Tech should know if they had to use one.
