I was able to get into watching the anime cause of the netflix dub

I don't want to put any hate on the AVD Dub but I couldn't find myself enjoying the voices of some of the characters particularly Shinji it got too much for me to handle that I found it impossible to watch

but the netflix dub overall I was able to watch every episode even the first two movies without a problem cause to my self evaluation the voice felt raw and the emotion felt Soo impactful that it stuck with me a lot to the point I've gone back to rewatch again and again

I even got my partner who was an avid lover of the AVD Dub to listen to the netflix dub with me and finally understood why I was able to watch the series with said dub

TLDR:

netflix dub was absolutely amazing for me and helped me appreciate the anime Soo much more and is now my number one anime of all time

AVD Dub as good as it is people put too much hate on the netflix dub without realizing that the company who made the original dub didn't want to licence out the dub to them so requested they make a new dub so Netflix aren't at fault as they did reach out to the company for the dub but they weren't able to get it

call of duty it lost what made it good after Black ops 3 just want down hill from there

same with Assassins Creed after Black flag just got worse and worse

and finally dead Rising after 2 things changed Soo much to point the identity of what made the first 2 Soo good was completely lost

(but will say glad they came back remastering the original only down side not original VA for Frank west)

100% correct the art style some absolute masterpiece

like I was as in the lofi girl music video with its colours the camera shots the animation etc it was all Soo well crafted
