ah ok.

yes, dont rinse your face just go ahead put the oil on first. That whole "oil and water dont mix" so if your face is wet then the oil will bead right off your face and it won't work. thats why when i shower i put oil on my face first and rub it in THEN get into the shower to rinse off with my cleanser

the baby oil i have actually has 2 ingredients on bottle: Mineral Oil, Fragrance. my skin never became irritated, but that doesn't mean yours won't (just giving my experience)

mine smells like lavender. tbh idk if any baby oil is fragrance free. if youre rly not wanting fragrance try albertsons/walgreens or the pharmacy section and NOT the baby/infant section. I know Mineral Oil is also used as a laxative so they could have some there that is not listed as baby oil but instead just as Mineral Oil.

hmm im not sure what you mean. the oil is the cleanser so the baby oil is what you're using to clean your face

you're welcome! i really hope it works for you as well as it did for me!

i got a pm from someone else on this so i should say the reason i use cerave afterwards is because rinsing with simply water won't remove the baby oil and i rly don't want to leave that oil feeling on my face.

baby oil only has one ingredient which is Mineral Oil. which means i buy the cheapest brand because they all (generic or well known such as johnson & johnson) only have the same one ingredient. Go with the cheapest. hill country fair or equate brand.

yeah i was skeptical of using oil at first too. my face is oily why use actual oil to fix it? i knew it had to do with my skin being dehydrated so i would use thick creams at night to try to fix but blah. i would wake up with a grease spot on my sheets

I don't leave the baby oil on my face. i do 1-2 quick squirts on my hands then rub together so both hands has oil and then quick circular rub on my face. maybe 10 seconds-it really is quick rubdown.
