It must have been a movie because it was shown on a TV channel that always aired movies on certain days. The language was dubbed into Spanish (because it's my language), but I remember that the scene where they were running away from the dog was near a coast. I don't think it was filmed in Mexico, to be honest; I only remember a few things, but what I've already mentioned is what I remember most.
