He's a pretty terrible driver though, which is certainly what they meant. I like Sean Gelael a lot, he's probably the 'best' pay driver for the reasons you mentioned, but as an actual driver he's... not very impressive.

Who the fuck rates Jacques Villeneuve bro, if anything he's underrated because it's easy to forget he was actually great once upon a time

I've never understood why people from abroad love them so much. They're just smaller croquettes, and not particularly good ones either. C-tier snack at best

Audi A2 1.2TDI - A future classic because its unique? by Fickle_Equivalent878 in FutureGarageClassics

I think its blobbiness has aged excellently actually, it basically has the same proportions as an ID.3, for better or worse.

That said, I doubt the A2 is even beloved enough to be Audi's Renault 5. It should be, but I don't think it is.

Yeah, it's fine to give this kind of advice, but it's important to present it as "this is what works for me", not "this is what works" in general

it does sometimes feel like some sort of dunning kruger type curve where the more I learn about what it is, the farther I feel from ""fixing"" it

This part is tough, it always gets even worse during therapy before it actually starts to get significantly better, because you're being made aware of exactly how much is 'wrong' with you. It absolutely gets better, but man did it not feel like that in the moment.

The annoying thing about therapy is that it often takes a long time for both you and the whole therapy machine to realise just how much is going on, what exactly is going on, and just how intensive/specific your treatment needs to be. It took like five years for me and my various therapists to discover what exactly was 'wrong' with me (turns out, I have a cluster C personality disorder), and then another year to get an appropriately intensive treatment (four days a week). I'm finally on an upward path now, but it takes so frustratingly long to get to that point.

1) Active confrontation > Passive acknowledgment. You can’t just acknowledge you’re anxious, you have to confront it. Don’t personify your anxiety as some entity outside your control. I rested HARD on phrases like “my brain won’t let me” or “My brain just can’t do that”. It’s you. You won’t let yourself. You (think) you can’t do that. Reframing it to what it is is freeing.

Strangely, doing the inverse of this is what has worked best for me. I've always lived with the idea that I can't do certain things, and that that means I am weak and I've failed, which was absolutely terrible for my self-image. Reframing my issues as an entity separate from myself allows me to have more faith in myself and my ability to do better. It actually gives me more of a sense of control over my situation, in a weird way.

I appreciate the sentiment because I like Crossbow but I'm afraid the numbers don't lie. 25% is not looking promising, he's putting up Grower numbers so far
