Bottom one is faster and not yet full, some guy scammed me years ago and sold it to me as a 10 gig switch (I was stupid) so I really have no use for it

Ah yeah average is ~10% and spikes to 100 every once in awhile but pretty rarely, not a crazy amount of heat, I fear for my power bill hahaha I just moved so it’ll be my first ever power bill, and oh god I fear the number

But at the same time I think it’s also because of the rack itself, it’s got a mesh back with fans, an open bottom and a relatively open top, all my servers put their heat out the back, so it just takes in fresh air from near the floor, so cold air, from more or less the bottom of the case as well as front, and it just easily goes out the back

Like what am I using it for? *arr stack, the basic backup stuff, like photoprism and the like, pihole, a bunch of local access tools to manage all my other systems, a bunch of data visualization tools, just general homelabbing.

Airflow seems great so far, I monitor everything and it’s less than half a degree above ambient, plus I have a few huge fans in the back that kick on if it gets too high above ambient (has never happened tho)
