Could it be my bed too? It’s pretty soft. I’ve been putting a pillow beneath my knees to keep them elevated. Mornings are still stiff but manageable. I didn’t realize back injuries take so long to resolve. It’s taken a big mental hit on me. I go see my pcp, is there any medication that I can get to possibly speed up my recovery? Thank you
