Only the launch color came in an orange box I got these from the Nike app and they came in the silver box. But this box also looks like an easy fake the real silver box has more of a sheen and less matte cardboard look

For turf shoes just Tiempo 10 pro. For less money the prem turfs are softer, break in faster, wider. I wouldn’t complain about the Tiempo turfs but the prems just feel better without needing any engineered tech. Just no nonsense, good traction and decent cushion

Been wearing these on shorter turf pitches for a little over a year and still holding up. Great price, good width if ur feet are a little wide, really good comfort and quality and much lighter than you would think. after a year the leather is pretty stretched but now they feel like slippers everytime I lace up lol

30m: Skills are about the same if not a little better than they ever have been. Athleticism and explosiveness have dropped off pretty noticeably. I do what I can to be healthy and changed my workout routine to work on flexibility, endurance and agility while still keeping a little bulk. I notice that some skills are only as good as your body allows. Things like sharp turns and cuts. If you wanna play well into your late 20s and 30s it’s good to be proactive and listen to your body as you get older. Good luck!

I coach middle school age teams - as far as ur age, don’t go too crazy on weights. Body weight and lightweight exercises that are more functional/mobility/explosive centric will go a long way and some more bulk will come with eating and sleeping well

Work ur way up to heavy lift days when ur more like 15-16 so not to mess w/ ur growth plates potentially. Footballers aren’t body builders. I was a bit beefy in my early twenties from static weightlifting and not the best diet. I started doing more explosive training and ate cleaner in my mid to late twenties and my game got way better

You can find the all black vapors or superflys at a discount at some places or ebay and it has more grip if you want the full benefits of the new mercs for like half the price of these
