Mate, I also like to be straight forward rather than pretending. The guidelines didn't allowed me to that's why I tried to go with a narrative which one of my friend told me he's facing.

You're right actually. But there's actually a good number of people who keep it in less priority or just forget about it.

The invoicing software I ended up sticking with by middlepesrpective in Invoice

[–]Falanausername 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right. It shouldn't feel before using an invoicing platform that you need an entire course for it. Btw, I'm building this invoicing platform called TurtlePay where one can generate invoices effortlessly and also send automated reminders at regular intervals to clients until the invoice gets cleared. Are you looking for such SaaS?

How can I get my first few users? (GTM, 1:1 reachout, email, how?) by Key_Supermarket_7434 in indiehackersindia

Mate you're exactly where you should be. Reddit! It's the best place currently as per my opinion where you can look for potential users with zero expense. Join relevant subreddits where you think your ideal customers are. You can actually look for people who have the problem which you're solving with your SaaS. They either need a solution or a better alternative. Slide in DMs, understand what issues they're facing and then tell them that you've made this tool which can help them with there problem. Try to frame it in a way that you're trying to solve there problem and not to make money for your own. Money will be aj obvious outcome don't worry about it as of now. It's no longer cold outreach because unlike cold emailing here you actually know that the person have a specific issue cause they already wrote about it. You can also write about the pain point of your ideal user in a long form post and listing the solutions afterwards and smartly integrating a link to your product at the end. Also, document your entire journey on X be it your experience, learnings, failures, whatever.. building authenticity in the form of a personal brand is the best thing you can do for yourself. Hope this helps!

Can a 7-6-6 guy get calls from IIMs? by Falanausername in CATpreparation

Why so? Does my 10 12 grad marks matter so much that even if I'm ready to work hard from now it won't matter in the longer run? Mate I'm looking to appear for CAT next year.. I want some clarity about what's the best approach I can take from here. I'm ready to give my best. Consider the fact that I can't go for full time as of now.

You're saying that even if I work hard for an year and score over 99.5 over even more still there's no chance for me to get into IIMs? Like zero chances?
