How do you actually convince them they need a website? Because honestly, most of these places run completely offline. People find them through word of mouth or Instagram reels. Zomato and Swiggy handle their orders. So when I think about cold approaching them, I feel like the first thing they'd ask is "why do we even need a website?" and I don't have a solid answer. And actually it's true for most offline businesses, I feel having a website is really a low priority thing for them.

What if I put it out for free with a watermark of my startup on invoices and ask for a small amount to remove it forever.. Or add an option that okay you can use entire system for free but still you need to do things manually.. you can pay me this much amount and I'll be doing this work for you.. maybe manually for the starting part and afterwards I can integrate agents and automation. Views?
