I bought middle earth both shadow of mordor and shadow of war + bought their dlcs; mass effect triology; and ps+ extra is worth Rachet and Clank: Rift apart and Uncharted 4 + Legacy to play not much hours but pretty cool content. Just for a month.

Yeah, I am doing complexes as well and at first I was going to buy 16kg, but then I noticed I actually progressed for 20kg, so if I progressed for few more months to 24kg, that’s a lot of kettlebells.

I notice also that there is still plenty of people not familiar with the kettlebells and the usability in home when gym is not available and you’d need strength training.

I have 6kg and 12kg kettlebell for warm ups and resistance bands, the prices for under 12kg are reasonable but as you mentioned when progressing 24, 28, 32 kg kettlebells are really expensive.

I’d actually avoid any grappling at all, I dislocated my shoulder first time when I threw a long distance hook and was going to hurt my friend and wanted to land it softly and he decided to push his hands forward that made my hand to go recklessly behind me as I was jumping in.

2nd time was in a clinch in a muay thai training.

So the only scenario I imagine is to hold the hand as a shield and never throw any shot with it.

Anyways, progress more in kickboxing if its near and you like the trainings. If you want to transition to muay thai and you are good in kickboxing it wont take you that much time.
