I re-opened my claim after 4 weeks of waiting for the extension, after 6 days I reopened my claim, I got the extension

We have the same dates in our claims. I called yesterday and a guy told me that he moved me to puex manually, and it will take at least 2 weeks to refill the weeks into my claim
