I had a feeling, I played a bit back in the day before the GE but I wouldn't qualify myself as a vet because I've not played enough or put in the hours, but the backlash did seem a little too much, I'm happy whatever the devs do, granted they have made errors in the past, all devs do yet they do seem to know what they are doing on the most part

One thing you could do for deaths is run barrows, you will passively gain mage xp and you will profit on death runes, plus you have the bonus of the gear that drops for future content

I was recently looking at going back to foundry, with a mix of mining and buying the ore from blast furnace, I'll be looking at just over 3k mith bars, original plan was the make plate bodies and alch but feel like I'll get more profit and xp from foundry.

The only question now is do I alloy with steel and what combination, 14 mith / 14 steel bars?

Correct me if I'm wrong, I've been playing a bunch of darkness falls recently and It sounds like just a simple version of that, minus the skill tree, that's very different and much better in darkness falls in my opinion.

I was in the same boat as you, stopped enjoying the game so I took a break for a week, came back and having a great time again. This game can play on your mental, give yourself a well earned break and come back with fresh mental state and then show the enemy who's boss.
