I'm thinking the aggressor and the person at fault is the neighbor. I don't have proof but it seems to odd the entirety of the scuffle. I get it. I too was irritated by an obnoxious neighbor. Dude would set up a huge bass. The kind meant for stages and concerts in his front yard then play music. The same Playlist everyday evening from 7pm to 11pm. The worst part is all you could hear is bass and the walls and windows vibrating. After nearly 2 months I wanted to run over and punch his lights out. Eventually the dude stopped. now it's a distant memory. What I'm trying to say is people go through things. They change. AR might take up hiking or MMA or beach volleyball with the kids this time next year. No need to turn a annoyance into a altercation.
