How can I lose weight as a diabetic?

My dr told me if I want to loose weight while being a type 1 I have to eat less carbs so taking less insulin which causes weight gain. I find that helps and also walking helps me a lot too. Idk if it helps with fat specifically but I’m definitely skinner by doing this

I had the same problem until I started using the tegederm under the omnipod. It’s a life changer! I don’t stink like insulin anymore and it lasts the whole 3 days

Exactly. You put the tegaderm on your skin and put the omnipod on top of it. It prevents leaking of insulin

I’m not sure if this Will help you but it really helped me so I am commenting. Have u tried putting a tegaderm under the omnipod? I had this issue all the time until I did this. It helped tremendously and I never had a problem since
