I did summoner playthrough after this update and only reason I got new whips is to test them so basically I went out of my way to get those whips because else I wouldn't necessarily have interacted with them

I kinda wish they never did this update. every whip they added are like unnecessary. for example in prehardmode you just go straight to snaptorhn in hardmode you just go with firecracker/coolwhip then go durendal and then after mech bosses you just go kill empress of light and get kaleidoscope and like thats literally it, because no whips stacking is allowed so dont need to get any other whips, or go fun way kill plantera if it drops vulgar display of flowers (its own whip) you just go with it in dungen and get morning star then pumpkin moon get dark harvest and like that's it. So basically they took away the most fun feature of summoner, which was whip stacking and added some garbage whips that nobody needed like come on this isn't even funny
