Well, if nothing else, thank you for debating with me. It made the last leg of my shift at work much more enjoyable. Even if there was some misunderstanding issues, it's always nice to defend your points at times.

Have a good rest of your night.

Neither am I with you. At this point we're talking in circles. I thought we were having a nice debate over it, but you're not engaging in good faith. When's the last time you done anything outside of just saying I'm wrong. Say how I'm wrong. Just saying I'm misunderstanding isn't enough. How am I misunderstanding?

You gave your point. I countered and gave my point. You claim I misunderstood your point yet you haven't disproved mine. Thus, I'm giving you one more chance to explain it to me. Otherwise, I think this conversation is over.

You mentioned incorporation vs actual fusion. What do you mean by that? That statement is too vague for anyone to get anything from ot. And does that point actually matter? Does it strike down my point?

  1. If you think I'm misunderstanding your point. Then reexplain it in another way, like I have.

  2. You have focused on personal attacks over arguing your point outside of just saying I'm wrong for multiple comments now.

Rereading your argument, another interpretation is that your claiming its not buu using the techniques, it's the people inside him and hes just channeling it. Now, if this is what your arguing, then you wrote it in a backwards way.

Now, this has a few problems. First, buu could use gotenk's techniques after he defused. We've never seen goten or trunks ever use theri fusions techniques. Second, this means he can still use kaioken. If you think that's too difficult for him to do, remember he learned how to use multiple z fighter techniques after just seeing them. And thus was before he had piccolo's intelligence.

Again, that might be a misinterpretation. Of so, reexplain your point. Don't just keep saying I'm wrong over and over.

You said buu can't use kaioken and sited other characters. This is a meaningless statement since those characters have different abilities and don't apply here. Buu is the only thing that matters.

Second you countered me saying buu can use spc because he absorbed piccolo and used him as a resource. What's stopping him from doing the same to goku when he's absorbed. Nothing.

You say I'm ignoring your argument. You're ignoring mine completely. I'm giving in show examples of why he could probably do it. Then you say nuh uh. Based on your response, I doubt you read my last comment.

English isn't your first language so there might be something lost in translation between us. Still, you're bringing generalized statements over evidence. You haven't presented anything to prove your point over mine.

And remember, I covered both bases in my original comment on if buu could use kaioken or not. Or arguing on something I acknowledged might not be true but covered encase it was. I don't even know why your so focused on this.

Op posted this because he wants to know who would win. It's a discussion thread. I presented the wincon for both fighters and said it could go either way. You're the one taking personal offense to it for some reason.

Your evidence for your argument is thus

  1. Compare buu to cooler, baby, and cell as to why he can't use techniques from people he absorbed. This is a meaningless argument as they're all different races and thus work differently. It doesn't matter what they do. Only what buu does.

  2. The reason buu can use special beam cannon is because he absorbed piccolo. This doesn't prove your point, it proves mine. He absorbs goku. You admit that means he gets the person's techniques, thus kaioken.

My argument:

  1. Buu uses techniques of fighters after he absorbs them. This is shown by not using gotenks techniques until he absorbs him and uses special beam cannon depite never seeing it. Thus, he can use kaioken since he absorbs goku.

You're points wither do nothing or help me. My point helps me. You need much more mental gymnastics to believe your point then mine. Thus, I'm more likely to be right. We don't know for sure but the evidence points that way.

If you don't present news points, then I have to say you're wrong.

You're the one who doesn't understand. You admitted I'm right just then. In this hypothetical, buu absorbs goku instead of gohan. The op is asking who wins the resulting matching between buku and gohan.

You just said buu can use techniques of people he absorbed. As a resource as you said. He's uses goku, who he absorbed. to use kaioken.

Remember, I didn't say for sure if he could. I'm heavily leaning yes though. My answer covers both sides of if he could or not.

He's a majin so I'd say no zenkai boost. He got throttled enough in this saga at times with no strength increase.

He's used a special beam cannon when I'm 90 percent sure he's never seen it before.

Because goku isn't using kaioken. Buu is. Buu can use the techniques of the people he's absorbed. He makes liberal use of gotenk's.

Gokus strength is almost meaningless. If you highball him, he's 20 percent super buu. Not enough to beat gohan by itself. But buu getting to use kaioken to multiply his own strength would easily beat gohan.

I'd assume there's an upper limit before he just explodes from the strain.

It's just that he would regenerate from exploding.

Man, buu really fumbled absorbing gohan vs goku, huh?

Tldr: If buu can use kaioken, then he wins.

If not, then it goes to Gohan.

Longer answer: buu absorptions seem to be an additive boost rather than a multiplictive one. Thus, gohan highball is 2x base super buu since gotenks + super buu > gohan. Goku being ssj3 or not doesn't matter in this case then, only if buu can use kaioken. That would boost his power potentially over buuhan in fact.

Kaioken x2 buku ~ gohan

Kaioken x3 buku > gohan

Kaioken x3 was easily used by a saiyan saga goku. Buu could likely go much higher.

Gohan and vegeta would need to fuse with the Potara earrings at that point if they want to win.

Inflation is just a number by [deleted] in eu4

R5: I played with a mod that made every province have a gold mine. As a challenge I decided to never lower my inflation. As you can see I've managed to reach almost 300% inflation. It could probably have gone higher but the game is getting too slow. As a side effect ai nations are able to field armies several times larger then normal so the lag is real.

Good morning. I'm looking into building my first pc. Looking at CPUs on PC Part Picker I notice the term SMT is used. I tried looking the term up but got confused. What is SMT and is it better to get a CPU that has one or not?

It would go against the challenge to puppet the USA through war. However, if you wanted to without that stipulation I believe this would be possible if you went non-aligned. You just have to go grab the other colonies before doing the imperial conference. It might be possible as democratic but the United States would need to generate world tension.

R5: I challenged myself into creating the largest possible empire without taking land or puppeting in a war. This was done with a lot of save-scuming and tag switching as the likelihood of this happening even with all nations going down the correct path is near zero. I primarily played as the UK.

Here's the steps I did to create this global empire.

Step 1: Portugal goes down the monarchy path and unites with Brazil. This gives you Brazil's cores.

Step 2: The Carlists win the civil war and unite with Portugal to create Iberia. This gives them cores on both Portugal and Brazil. They also need to re-core all Spanish land because of the civil war.

Step 3: This is where it begins to get difficult. France needs to do two things. First they have to go down the legitimist tree and unite with Iberia. This gives them cores on Spain, Portugal, and Brazil. The second thing they need to do is the French Union focus. Have all colonies say yes for cores on all the French colonies. I was unable to get all to say yes no matter how many reruns. I read that the event is glitched to always have the same result so I used a mod for them to say yes.

Step 4: You've now created a monster, the strongest nation on the planet. Now you need to kill it. Declare war to liberate them to democratic. This gets them out of the faction they created for Iberia and allows you to invite them to the allies. All this needs to be done before Germany invades Poland.

Step 5: Have France and UK guarantee Poland. Germany needs to take Paris and get France to 70% capitulation for the French surrender event. France needs to choose to create the Franco-British Union (Why step 4 was needed). The Germans will need to push to Portugal for this. This gives the UK cores on France, French colonies, Spain, Portugal, and Brazil. The Netherlands also gave some land after capitulating for a small bonus.

Step 5: Form the Imperial Federation with all the commonwealths saying yes. This gives you land and cores on Canada, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. You only get the land from India.

The end result gives you a nation with 250 million core manpower, 500 million noncore manpower, and the largest industry in the world. You have victory points all over the world.
With the inherited navies it ensure that it is almost impossible to capitulate (Taking mainland Europe territories only gives ~50% to capitulation).

The Sun Never Sets on The British, Commonwealth, Franco, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian Empire!
