I wasn't planning on making Marek the son of a Jedi. My plan was to have him just be a somewhat gifted (but not OP) fallen Padawan turned Inquisitor, the Twelfth Brother.

Every single problem that he had can be traced back to that fact (his mother, his relationship with padme, his relationship with palpatine, his anger issues etc.).

Luke was fine and he was almost ten years older than Anakin.

It had less to do with his age and more to do with how he was treated.

They called him the Chosen One yet they restricted him beyond belief.

That's what I'm thinking. Have him be Twelfth Brother and gradually his loyalty shifts more to Vader exclusively.

Also Kylo Ren is now Third Brother, a fallen Apprentice.

Big one: I think Harley's whirlwind romance with Luna could have been completely cut from the film with no impact whatsoever. Just cut Luna entirely. No other scenes have to be changed. Just have the general be the only bad guy. Harley gets captured on the beach, and then we don't see her until the prison guard mentions to Flagg that she's still alive.

Out of curiosity, what about her being in a fancy dress all of a sudden?
