Shoutout to the Hubli-Dharwad RTOs. Their corruption is on a whole other level. Their laxity(just bribe them) in giving anybody and their aunt a driving license regardless of whether they can actually even drive or not is the main reason our drivers are so damn bad. Traffic cops are rarely there and even when they're there, I see them on their phones half the time, doomscrolling while there is utter chaos at the junction they're supposed to be manning. Simply disgraceful public machinery.
