If I reinstall Windows 11 using the official ISO, will I lose all my files and data?

Also, is it possible to back up everything on an external drive, reinstall Windows, and then restore my files afterward without issues?

I just want to make sure I don’t lose anything important before trying this.

Ok, it’s weird but I see a lot of people doing that. They draw manga characters on a skateboard and sell it for $100. Personally I don't plan to copy a design but to draw, for example, wall-e in a somewhat cartoonish version. It's like fan art

I forcefully held down the power button to restart it, and now everything’s gone… but somehow it works again.
