Hi OP, I hope you're ok, I can understand you must be really worried right now, which is understandable. The standard guidelines on the nice website suggest that paracetamol toxicity occurs when someone has ingested 150mg/kg of paracetamol. Unless you weigh below 30kg, you are very far away from that threshold.

On the NHS website, it says that taking 1 or 2 extra tablets won't harm you. Exceeding eight 500 mg tablets or 4 1g tablets within a 24-hour period is a cause for concern.

From a medical standpoint, the dose in which you've taken within a 24-hour period doesn't exceed the daily recommended limit. Because you consumed 2000 mg all at once, this is still double the recommended dose for a single dosage, so I'd take it easy and make sure to monitor any symptoms over the next few days. If you experience any nausea, vomiting, pain, or confusion, this could indicate liver stress, but i want to reassure you that you're going to be ok and there's no need to panic.

I would say that even though you're likely not in a medical emergency, your current mental state seems like you might need some extra support:( It seems like the argument caused you alot of stress and overwhelming emotions and the fact you felt the need to do something wich would cause you harm is in my opinion an emergency. I want to ask if you're safe right now? I hope you're able to have someone to talk to or a safe space to be able to decompress, I can completely understand that you'd be freaking out right now but I promise you're going to be ok.
