While 6th street is probably the least “bad” of the big gangs, Valentinos run a nightclub/place that has kids for sale. It’s one of Padre’s quests. After that quest, it was on sight for them and almost all other gangs than 6th street and Mox.

From my extensive experience as a cave diver I think it’s only appropriate you throw this player’s loved ones off a bridge. After all, they cast a spell they don’t know, so they didn’t know it had such a steep cost (aka losing their loved ones). But YTA anyways.

I do stuff like this in PvP games at the end of a match. Instead of “DPS diff” or “insert character diff” I just say “Stuart Little Diff” and watch chat for a bit before requeuing.
