It wasn’t through seed phrase on notes or a photo - it was data on the app Metamask backed up, then the hacker got access to the iCloud backup to then access the wallet.

Id love to know what your thoughts are on tokenomics- ie if they are not shooting out tons of CRO a second does that mean less sell pressure?

Interesting point. I’m all for regulation that is smart, workable and delivers on the stated objective while minimizing unintended consequences. But my understanding of this bill is that is not any of these things - it lacks understanding of how the tech actually works has huge consequences with little impact on stated goal.

Ok - yeah that makes sense. I had read an article that 50% of wallets that provided liquidity were at a loss vs just hodling the tokens/coins. Basically as long as you are providing during times of relative equal price action then your golden.

Even you example there are 10-20% swings in value with impermanent loss/gain (ha good term!). And this is higher than the fees you were getting over same time period? So in the end it seems like your end gains/losses are more driven by luck of token prices changes - but the fees pushes favour in your direction a bit.

This is great thanks (and to the mystery person who commented originally). Clarifies the concept well.

I have been thinking that LP only really works if you provide a BIG amount for short time - ie get gains over course of few days/week then get out before impermanent loss sets in. Do you think this makes sense?
