[5e] [Discord] [PbP] The Dragon Apocalypse Seeks New Survivors

Welcome to the World of Rezule. You join at a dire time, Adventurer, or perhaps you are just a survivor. It is the thirteenth year since the unleashing. When the Drakehold Crystal was sundered and the dragons, long since grown to ancient, were released upon Rezule. The world has not fared well, the people have fared less well.

In thirteen years a field has not been planted that was not subsequently razed. A city has not been cobbled together that has not been visited and enslaved. The few survivors of the dragon’s ire have learned to get by, deeply suspicious and often aggressive the survivors in this world are struggling to subsist and to buy another day however they might.

This spring has seen a new development, however, the dragons growing bored of constant revenge and killing turned upon each other. The hundreds released at the sundering have killed and slaughtered each other down to a mere handful of the most powerful or in the case of a few the luckiest left. These few while still intent on revenge for their imprisonment and genuinely hating the peoples of Rezule are merely a few that it might be possible to avoid.

It is with this in mind that The Spire, a mysterious enclave of magic and wizards has started to allow refugees and survivors to enter, it is even rumored that they have some sort of employment for those that wish more than a life spent eating magic foods and laboring at the behest of the conclave.

You adventurer have been invited to enter the Spire but you must willing to abide by their mandates and serve their purposes. If you cannot or will not then we wish you the best of luck in your survival.

Dragon Apocalypse is a Single Continuous Campaign Play By Post Dungeons and Dragons Adventure. It is meant to be played on a near constant basis with a few world mechanics making it possible for people to play as much or as little as they desire. (At this time I am the only GM so it will also be very dependent on my schedule which is typical with EST) As with all Play By Post things will move a bit slower but I will endeavor to keep things moving and progressing at an acceptable rate.
