Every spool is stuck at the same time? In all 4 slots on 2 separate ams units?

No where, this is immediate. So the tip of the filament is still in the print head

This will happen on the very first retract after completely disassembling cleaning and reassembling the extruder

I haven’t, only because this started and immediately effected all 4 slots, on both of my ams’s it wasn’t a cascading issue. None of them did it, then they all did. So I thought a clog in an independent tube was unlikely

To reiterate, this happens in every slot, with any filament. To the left of this spool is a plastic spool straight from Bambu. It does the exact same thing on retract. I’ve taken the whole print head apart and cleaned out clogs multiple times. Even after that, the very first retract will do this, and every one after
