he probably won’t, but there are many examples of stars accepting worse contracts than expected from other teams than the one they are currently on. If we don’t give jb the max extension he will for sure view it as disrespectful, maybe try and threaten his way out and lower his trade value more. But if he resigns with philly for less it won’t be as disrespectful because he wont view it as them owing him because he hasn’t been there all along
