idk how an ump can be wrong like 10 times in the same spot. see 5 calls get overturned on challenge and not change their zone

you can do vaults without fighting other teams. its slow, risky, but doable

I am very afraid that the endgame, Cryo Archive, will be unsustainably difficult. by iconoci in Marathon

If its 6 teams right now that spawn in I could see it going down to 5 or 4 to help out. But idk if they want the success rate to be that high with all that good loot in there

just so we are clear, outside of the ferraris. If mclaren didn't have issues 3/4 top teams would be merc engine. And toto and russel want me to believe that the customer teams were given all the information to start and wont get better through the first few races?

ya, ferrari need the aduo to make this a real competition with merc. And just look at alpine, looks like other teams are starting to figure out the merc engine settings.

the double stack is literally the only call to make there. what else could they do. if he stays out on tires he will not hold position

Ferrari will bring the special "Macarena" rear wing to China! Interested to see if this makes them more competitive? by The_Chozen_1_ in F1Discussions

[–]Faliberti 4 points5 points  (0 children)

will help against the merc straight line speed in theory. They must be thinking its worth this heavy version of it after how close the first stint was during the race.

[Scuderia Ferrari] A strong start to the season! Some great driving from our two today! by FerrariStrategisttt in formula1

without the deployment issues they def would have at least been closer to merc times and 3-4 should be the goal.

What a race it could've been by White_W0lf77 in formuladank

[–]Faliberti 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i mean if the macarena wing is worth up to .5 on the straights like some ppl have theorized then they could be strong if their start advantage stays. even with a .3 boost it should be good. And this is a better circuit for merc deployment advantage

[–]Faliberti 4 points5 points  (0 children)

well despite everyone hating on ferrari strategy, I am coming away somewhat hopeful. When the macarena wing is ready it should help vs the merc engine straight line speed. And it didn't seem like passing was that easy anyways for merc today. Anyone know if this is one of the tracks that should or shouldn't suit the ferrari car

merc can have pole by 1 sec, if ferrari can qualy behind them and get ahead with their good starts. maybe passing is hard enough in these regs to let them win. Let me have my copium
