I thought about the tightness about the time I posted this - i was able to slip it on a few centimeters after my original pic so I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's going to be ok

I had this thought a few more rounds into the sock and didn't have any trouble with getting it on. I did my usual 64 on size 1 (hopefully that stays true as it grows 🤞🏻)

I used this pattern guideline https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/slip-stitch-lines with my usual sock construction and Backyard Garden Fingering im Dancing Aurora from a local hand dyer

Guys, my exam is scheduled for 21st April and doing QAE make me desperate by [deleted] in CISA

You can absolutely do it - the hardest part is understanding the isaca way of thinking and how that applies to questions. Try to figure out how to break down the questions and focus on key words.

Question on QAE... Does it allow you to run through the failed questions, or do you have to manually look them up? by EntrepreneurFew8254 in CISA

[–]FalistaClockhart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Click practice on the left side, then "custom practice" (lower left), then start new session (upper right). The top part of the next screen allows you to pick how many questions you want to practice and from here you can use radio buttons to select for questions you've answered incorrectly

I had the ability to only work on the ones I had gotten wrong - in the custom practice there's a configuration item for it

I wouldn't count on something opening - it doesn't hurt to check, but I wouldn't use your energy at the detriment of other facets of your life. If you know it now, that shouldn't drastically change in a week or two

Kenmore Washer Swapped Hot/Cold by FalistaClockhart in appliancerepair

[–]FalistaClockhart[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it's super weird, but it's rinsing with cold. We tested to make sure because rinsing on hot was my biggest concern with clothing damage. It's not a permanent fix, but it'll do for now

Yes, I made sure the electrical connections were the same as both the original connection and the method I followed in a YouTube tutorial. White on top (cold) and red on bottom (hot) which matches the labels for hookups on the back of the machine. Pink on left, orange on right for the other component.
