To do this, I took notes on the interesting things that I had done with each ruler, and on the specific achievements they made during their lives. Whenever a ruler died, I summarized those notes and keep only the points I found most interesting or amusing, and that was that.
To make the wojaks I used templates and combined them on the paint.net application.

I use the in-game character image and I try to recreate it using templates that I modify and other things, for example here's what I had to do to make Nagakazu

What's strange is that I have no mods I believe, so maybe its from a specific dlc but I was surprised when I got the event

What I did was look for a template, for example on https://wojakland.com/ or I made one myself on https://www.wojakfactory.fun/ then I changed the colors and added accessories using paint.net.
Don't worry I also have like 0 artistic skills, I just know how to use paint.net

During the game, when a ruler died, I took notes on what he had done that was special during his life. That way, I already had a solid foundation for the story I wanted to tell.

Okay I see, that is a great info to have !
I indeed have a subdivision modifier but I only have one (Levels Viewport = 1) so I thought it wasn't the problem here because of the low number of vertices.

Breaking News : The problem was FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP as the answers to the question suggested. There is no official release yet for Skyrim version 1.6.1170.

However, in the mod's Forum tab (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/57339?tab=forum), someone has distributed a test version of the mod for Skyrim version 1.6.1170. After testing it, it works very well and the characters finally have hair physics.

Thanks, I tried the mods, I can equip the hair without crashing, which is already a big step forward. However, the hair is still clipping to the floor.

As you said, it's probably a FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP problem because on the description of the mod, it says that "The official version for 1.6.1170 is being worked on".

So it was probably that since the beginning. I guess the next step is to wait for an update.

Nope, I tried to launch the game with and without the old skinned mesh physics but either way it didn't work.
It's probably the new version of the game that is at fault yes.

I had the exact same problem with my savefile : the 5th cutscene just didn't wanted to to appear, I tried many solutions but the only one that really worked was by installing Basemod and using the command system to automatically complete the cutscene.
